Customized Training Programs in a Private Setting

Let Tiffany Yee be your Personal Trainer and challenge you to reach your goals with structured workouts designed to suit your individual needs and goals. The workouts will incorporate the latest and most productive techniques and principles. Tiffany will educate you on proper exercise form, techniques like Supersets, Drop sets, Training cycles, when to increase the weight and how to isolate and strengthen individual muscles to prevent injuries. I want to make working out enjoyable, always teach commitment – and I guarantee RESULTS.

Every once in awhile we all need to be pushed…motivated…driven. These are elements that Tiffany contributes when working with her clients.

PRIVATE one-on-one sessions are $40-$100 depending on length and training level.
Or you may choose to participate in our small group training sessions.

You can take advantage of working with Tiffany to maximize personal attention to form, technique and progress, while minimizing cost. You will be placed in a semi-private session with others with similar goals as you.

Pay a monthly fee to participate in any of our weekly Semi-private workouts! Small group workouts benefit you with the social element of exercise – achieve your fitness goals alongside your family, friends, co-workers and fellow members. All levels welcome! Work with former Ms Fitness USA and Figure Universe Pro, Tiffany Yee to learn the skills and drills to develop a stronger body from head to toe! This class incorporates Tiffany’s body ball core workout, pilates, strength conditiong and great for anyone wishing to develop skills to compete in a fitness competition, or to advance your fitness skills!
